We are a family-run accounting firm based in the Redlands, working with clients across Australia for more than 15 years. Over that time, we’ve seen how quickly businesses can grow and change, and how important it is to have the right advice early to avoid unnecessary stress and costly mistakes later. Our focus goes beyond simply processing tax information.

Helping people is at the centre of everything we do at Simply Tax Solutions. The firm was founded by Sam with the goal of supporting others through thoughtful, reliable advice, and that mindset continues across our entire team.
We value long-term relationships and take the time to understand each client’s situation so advice is relevant, practical, and easy to follow. Each member of our team volunteers up to 50 hours a month assisting the community. They are all grateful that their work allows them to have a lifestyle centred on giving back to others.

We work with clients across Australia through a structured remote model. Our systems and processes are designed to support clear communication, secure information handling, and consistent service, regardless of location.
This allows us to support business owners and individuals wherever they are, without compromising the quality of advice or the level of support they receive. For our clients, this means flexibility and accessibility, without the need for in-person meetings, while still receiving thoughtful and reliable advice.

Samuel (Sam) Adjei-Okyere is a registered Accountant with more than 35 years of experience working in the accounting field within Australia and internationally. With Sam’s experience, combined with his clear focus on people, sets him apart from many tax accountants. Sam has a clear focus on the needs of individuals and businesses and uses his technical and commercial acumen to benefit his clients.

Gideon Adjei-Okyere is the Managing Partner at Simply Tax Solutions. He holds diplomas in Business, Marketing, and Accounting, and has worked in the accounting industry since 2011.
He is a Registered Tax Agent, CPA (Australia), and certified in both Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll. His formal qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Accounting from the Australian College of Applied Education and Higher National Diplomas in Business and Marketing from TAFE Queensland.
He is affiliated with SAPEPAA and listed on the professional adviser directory.

David (Dave) McLeish is a Senior Accountant at Simply Tax Solutions with experience in public practice since 2014. He is a Registered Tax Agent and an Associate Member of CPA Australia.
David holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Charles Sturt University. He has completed Tax Agent Registration licensing units through the Australian College of Applied Education, including Property Law and Taxation of Legal Entities.
He is also a certified Xero Advisor.

Natcha Pokasamrith ensures our clients receive excellent service as the Client Service Coordinator. She has spent six years in administrative roles and three years in bookkeeping. Natcha is Xero advisor certified and Xero payroll certified. Natcha is enthusiastic in assisting clients with everyday tasks to ensure efficient and seamless workflow.

Rebecca Igwabi oversees the payroll and compliance work. She is passionate about delivering the best for our clients. Rebecca has seven years of experience in Accounts Administration in both large national companies and family businesses. She is Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll certified - with four years experience in Payroll. Rebecca is proficient in using Xero, MYOB, Attaché and ODOO.

Melissa Opoku is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties. She values attention to detail and prioritises organisation. Melissa has almost two years of experience in bookkeeping assistance and is Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll certified.
