A passion for helping people drives everything we do at Simply Tax Solutions. Sam started Simply Tax Solutions because of his desire to help others by doing what he can, and this love of people is characteristic of all of our team. Each member of our team volunteers up to 70 hours a month assisting the community. They are all grateful that their work allows them to have a lifestyle centred on giving back to others.

Samuel (Sam) Adjei-Okyere is a registered Accountant with more than 35 years of experience working in the accounting field within Australia and internationally. With Sam’s experience, combined with his clear focus on people, sets him apart from many tax accountants. Sam has a clear focus on the needs of individuals and businesses and uses his technical and commercial acumen to benefit his clients.
Gideon Adjei-Okyere has qualifications in business, marketing and accounting. He has spent nine years working in both small and large firms focused on customer care and business management. Gideon is Xero Advisor and, Xero Payroll certified. Gideon has always been passionate about helping people, and he cherishes the fact that his work allows him to support the voluntary work that he does. In both professional and personal, his drive is to do what he can to help others out.
David (Dave) McLeish has been working in public practice since 2014. He is experienced in accounts preparation for small to medium businesses, and provides self managed superannuation fund and tax advice for individuals. Dave is a Xero certified advisor and enjoys assisting client's transitions to Xero, as well as assisting them with any questions they have with their bookkeeping on an ongoing basis. Dave prides himself on forming excellent relationships with his clients. He is a Registered Tax Agent and Associate Member of CPA.
Paris Stubbs is responsible for ensuring our clients receive excellent service. She is responsible for the corporate brand image and is the social media manager. She is an intern but keen to learn. Paris is enthusiastic in assisting clients with everyday tasks to ensure efficient and seamless workflow.
Melissa Opoku is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties. She values attention to detail and prioritises organisation. Melissa has almost two years of experience in bookkeeping assistance and is Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll certified.
Natcha Pokasamrith ensures our clients receive excellent service as the Client Service Coordinator. She has spent six years in administrative roles and three years in bookkeeping. Natcha is Xero advisor certified and Xero payroll certified. Natcha is enthusiastic in assisting clients with everyday tasks to ensure efficient and seamless workflow.
Rebecca Igwabi oversees the payroll and compliance work. She is passionate about delivering the best for our clients. Rebecca has seven years of experience in Accounts Administration in both large national companies and family businesses. She is Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll certified - with four years experience in Payroll. Rebecca is proficient in using Xero, MYOB, Attaché and ODOO.
